[Articolo riportato da http://blog.myspace.com/davidephoto] Akiko Ida is a great food photographer: her pictures are both original and moving. Born in Japan, she is the artist behind food pictures in many "Elle" and "Elle à table" issues, as well as several cousine books.
 This is her personal web site, while Mimial is a very interesting collection of her mainstream miniatures pictures: in this project, conceived by Akiko Ida and Pierre Javelle, small miniatures depicting everyday characters populate food, objects and tools of everyday life. Minimal cousine worlds both striking and perfect, thus food for both eyes and soul.
